How it works

  1. 1

    Show us what you have

Snap your fridge or a grocery bill, or just tick your staples. You check everything before we use it, and the photo is deleted right after.

  2. 2

Get a plan made for you

Breakfast, lunch and dinner for today or the whole week, built only from what’s in your kitchen. Swap anything you don’t fancy.

  3. 3

    Cook, then tick it off

Clear written recipes with quantities scaled to your household, plus a link to the original creator’s video. Share any recipe on WhatsApp.

Planned around your life, not a diet chart

Healthy days and treat days

Pick how often you want a treat, then let the plan follow your week. Planned treat days never break your streak.

Your pantry, not ours

Staples you keep for months, fresh things you buy every week. Plans use what you already have, and use up the perishables first.

Fits everyone at the table

Veg, eggetarian, non-veg or vegan, Jain or no onion-garlic, plus allergies. Mixed households can add one extra dish for the meat-eaters.

Real weeknight timing

Tell us how long you can cook on weekdays and weekends. If your cook does the cooking, we plan bigger meals.

Goals without the spreadsheet

Counting macros? Set targets. Just want to eat better? Pick “more protein” or “lighter meals”. Nutrition is always shown as approximate.

Recipes with credit

Every recipe is written in-house and links to the creator’s original video. We never re-host anyone’s content.

“Nimmathi” means peace of mind. The goal is simple: stop deciding what to eat three times a day, and still eat well.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes, while we’re in early access. A premium plan with monthly planning and “send to my cook” in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil is coming later. There’s nothing to pay today.

Do I have to count calories?

No. Tracking is optional. Most people just pick what matters to them and let the plan lean that way.

We have a cook. Does it still help?

Yes. Tell us which meals your cook makes and we’ll plan those without your time limits, so you only decide once.

Which cuisines?

Indian home food: South Indian, North Indian and Indo-fusion to start, with more regional recipes added every week.

What happens to my fridge photos?

We read the ingredients and delete the image. Only your ingredient list is kept, and you can delete all your data from your profile.
